Welcome to Specraza (the “Site”). We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown request through the DMCA Agent listed below.
As an internet service provider, we operate under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA, which protect us from liability for infringing content uploaded by users, provided we act promptly on valid takedown notices.
Notice of Infringement – Filing a Claim
To submit a valid DMCA notice of copyright infringement, please include the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including sufficient detail for us to locate it (for example, the specific URL).
- Contact information of the complaining party, such as name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number (if available).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please note: Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties — including damages and attorney’s fees — against anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents claims in a DMCA notice.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
All takedown requests should be sent via our Contact Page.
For quicker processing, email submission is strongly recommended.
Be aware that we may share the complainant’s information and claim details with the alleged infringer. By submitting a notice, you acknowledge and consent to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Request for Restoration
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter notification in writing that includes the following information (as per 17 USC §512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Description of the content that was removed and its original location on our site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area (or, if outside the U.S., any jurisdiction where Specraza may be found).
Please send your counter notification through our Contact Page — email is preferred for faster handling.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Specraza takes copyright protection seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain a record of all DMCA notices received and make every effort to identify repeat infringers. Users found to be repeat offenders under our internal policy may have their accounts permanently terminated.
Policy Updates
Specraza reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time and for any reason. We encourage visitors to review this page periodically for any changes.
